ICC T20 World Cup 2016 is all set to kick off from March 8th 2016 with host India looks to be favourite to win the tournament. The tournament will go till April 3rd 2016 with Kolkata to host final. ICC announced the groups and schedule of the T20 World Cup 2016 with eight venues chosen for the tournament.
The total prize money for 2016 T20 World Cup is $5.6 million, an increase of 86 percent as compare to 2014 T20 World Cup. There have been always different winners for ICC T20 World Cup every time it was played. The tournament has seen 5 different teams wining the cup.
