Real Madrid star and forward player Cristiano Ronaldo got limped-off / injured on Tuesday when he was attending training session, adding more fuel to the speculation about his match fitness for the crucial Saturday’s UEFA Champions League 2016 Final against Atlético Madrid.
Earlier also he has missed 1st leg semi final against Manchester City because of thigh injury and now he faces same situation before the UCL final on 28th May at the San Siro stadium in Milan, Italy. The former Ballon d’Or winner has scored 51 goals for Real Madrid this season.
Ronaldo, 31 was also not able to complete the full La Liga game against Deportivo La Coruna. The support staff will now look to injury and try to keep him ready for the all important game on Saturday.
European games between Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid – whether it is UEFA Champions League or La Liga have always been close. Both these Spanish teams are set to face each other in the finale of the UEFA Champions League 2016 for the second time in three years.
