
The latest news in football arena is the – Sunderland has given the Football Association (FA) permission to speak to their manager Sam Allardyce about England Manager’s job.
Roy Hodgson, who was England’s manager, quit his job on June 28 and since then England is looking for the new boss. Roy’s resignations came as a result of the England’s defeat to Iceland, which knocked them out of the Euro 2016 tournament.
The reports suggest that Allardyce prior to his return back to home was with the Sunderland in Austria as part of the tour. Sunderland revealed that he is not very happy about the proceeding as they went out in the public which was not very pleasing. He further confirmed that they are they there are considerations about Allardyce as the top contender for this post and things are yet to be finalized.
The club statement which was issued on Wednesday reveals the plans of the club to bring more stability to the club and everyone wants to see him as the manager of their football club.

Kevin Davies, who knows Allardyce very well as he spends some time playing under him feels that he is a perfect choice for this post of manager of England. He also feels that there is no one who can motivate the England team better than him. He is a perfect man who can get the players to perform to their potential. His great strength is to find the right place for the players which benefit the players as well as the team. Davies also feels that his arrival will lift the morale of the dressing room for sure.
Kevin believes that England is looked upon as the underdogs for most of the games in the upcoming events which makes Allardyce a perfect choice as he thrives in such situations and knows how to take the team to the top level from the tag of underdogs. His inclusion will be a great boost for the England.
There are many more contenders in this race, including Jurgen Klinsmann and Glenn Hoddle, but his position seems to be the strongest of them all.
