The 45th edition of Copa America Cup is all set to kick off from 3rd June 2016 to 26th July 2016 in United States. The tournament will be played by 16 teams divided into 4 groups having 4 teams each. This is the first time that Copa America is hosted outside South America.

First match between US and Colombia, won by Colombia by 2-0 against USA.
Second match between Paraguay and Costa Rica was drawn 0-0.
Third match between USA and Costa Rica, won by USA 4-0 against Costa Rica.
Fourth Game between Colombia and Paraguay, won by Colombia 2-1.
Out of 16 teams, 8 teams will qualify for the Round of 8 that is Quarterfinals, from where 4 teams will qualify for the semi finals following which 2 teams will qualify for the finals of Copa America 2016 Cup.
3 points will be given for a win, 1 point for a draw and none for a defeat.

Costa Rica and Paraguay are placed in Group A (Group of Death) along with United States and Colombia.
Copa America 2016 have total number of 16 teams from two confederations and 10 match venues in United States have been chosen this time to host the event.
