Louis van Gaal, 64 led Manchester United to FA Cup title against Crystal Palace, but it was not enough to save his job. Manchester United has sacked Manager Louis van Gaal on Monday after two years of his term ( actual term was of three years ). The Dutchman is believed to earn approx £ 6.4 million a year.

The former Chelsea boss and Portuguese Jose Mourinho will take his place and join the club soon. The future of Ryan Giggs is also on doubt and still it is not known whether he will remain with the club and what role he would have or whether he would accept the offer or not.

Jose Mourinho is expected to sign 5 year contract with the Manchester United at around worth of 75 million pounds. The reports leaked by British Media also states that Old Trafford Club wanted to have a “behavioural clause” in the contract but Jose refused to accept it.

Jose Mourinho who led Chelsea to Premier League title of 2014-15 season was also sacked by Chelsea last year in December after poor start of their Premier League season to defend the title. Former Manchester United midfielder – Ray Wilkins said :
