The extravaganza of Pro Kabaddi season 4 finally came to an end when inaugural champions Jaipur Pink Panthers squared off with the defending Champions Patna Pirates at Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad on Sunday.

The crowd went wild with the presence of some larger than life superstars who entertained the crowd before the two teams took the center stage .Patna Pirates arrived in the match by defeating Puneri Paltan and Jaipur came into the match by defeating Telugu Titans who were on an inspired run. Both the teams were first and third in the league stages respectively but the match and the title were won by the team from Patna by their excellent antics.

The match as it happened   

It was one heck of match were there was nothing to separate between the two teams in the initial stages of the game. The teams looked even until Rajesh Narwal claimed three points as a super raid but Patna didn’t fell behind and then leaded the pack. Jaipur team made sure that they weren’t far behind.

At the end of half the team from Patna were with a 3 point lead which proved very crucial as they came into second half with an confidence and slammed Jaipur for an Emphatic lead with the jubilance of their star raider Pradeep Narwal, who was absolutely unstoppable and he perfectly combined with the defense to annihilate to their first ever defeat in the Play Offs.

Pradeep Narwal Rose to the Occasion

It was in last season where it was Pradeep Narwal who scored a super 10 in the semi final but wasn’t able to continue in the final due to injury sustained but he make full use of the opportunity this time as he guided his team to a smooth victory with his 16 raid points.

Jasvir Singh: the Lone warrior for the Jaipur

Though Patna steadied and stalled Jaipur from scoring points but it was veteran Jasvir Singh who was the one that stood tall for his team but wasn’t aided by his team, where the defense was poor and even this year revelation Ajay Kumar couldn’t produce anything special.
