April 5, 2017 IPL edition will kick off with defending champions Sunrisers Hyderabad taking on IPL 2016 edition runner ups – Royal Challengers Bangalore.


David Warner lead SRH team will look to carry on the success which they tasted last season and no doubt the team will start their campaign brimming with confidence against the mighty RCB team. Sunrisers will also look to win their first IPL match of 2017 season in the presence of their home support as the match will be played at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Hyderabad.

On the other hand, Royal Challengers Bangalore will start off their campaign against SRH on high note, but their important players are all set to miss early few matches of IPL 10 edition due to injuries including opener KL Rahul and star player Virat Kohli.

Virat will be missing-out on the services of RCB skipper for the first few games of IPL 2017 because of shoulder injury. AB de Villiers will captain RCB till Kohli recovers.
