In what might come as exciting news for the wrestling fans, it seems that former main roster talent Rhyno and Brian Myers are being brought back to the main roster as a part of the latest shuffle of talent across Raw and Smackdown brands.
It seems that the move is being set to have them form as a tag team and help elevate young talent and bring some much needed relevance and credibility to the tag team roster. It would be interesting to see how WWE plays up their role on the blue brand, given that the tag champs the New Day are currently with the RAW brand. It seems to be a move similar to the Dudley boys role of helping elevate the tag teams and help youngsters hone their skills.
For starters, Rhyno had been long associated with the WWE, before he made the shift to TNA. He was later re-signed as a part of the developmental wrestling ground for WWE, NXT. There have been many rumors about Rhyno’s future with the WWE, with the inventor of the devastating spear which he calls the ‘gore’ stating recently that he would consider a mayor’s role in the upcoming elections! During his time with NXT, Rhyno has been instrumental in pushing newer talent like Samoa Joe, Finn Balor on NXT!
Brian Myers, was a part of the La-Familia faction formed by the then World Heavyweight Champion Edge on the Smackdown brand. He formed a formidable tag team with Zack Ryder. He was released from his contract in 2010 and has been involved in the Indy scene since then. Unlike Rhyno, he wrestled for various independent wrestling organizations before receiving his recent call up.

This would be an interesting tag team, as Rhyno has been known for his strength and devastating power in the ring while Curt Hawkins has always been known for his grappling skills. They could be built up as the next Team Hell No, with Rhyno reprising the role of the monster Kane and Hawkins being the technical grappler like Daniel Bryan.
